Marshal Public Safety utilizes a very rigorous hiring process in order to provide the best suited security officers charged with the responsibility for the protection of our clients, their employees, and their customers.  Marshal Public Safety is always scouting for new talent and therefore we are always accepting resumes.

Our minimum requirements for entry level Public Safety Officer are:

  • Must be at least the age of 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to legally work in the United States of America.
  • Must show the ability to exhibit basic problem solving skills using inductive and deductive reasoning, and solve basic mathematical problems.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to be licensed as a private security officer in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Must be free from a felony record, domestic violence convictions, or any other history that would compromise your ability to carry or handle firearms or positively represent Marshal Public Safety and its clients.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have a clean and presentable image suitable for business climate. No facial tattoos and piercings, no excessive jewelry.
